Gibraltar: Nautilus Project

Our Gibraltar launched their partnership with the Nautilus project, which delivers environmental initiatives across Gibraltar, by taking part in a beach clean.
Our colleagues around the world took part in a global effort to support our communities.
Our colleagues around the world took part in a global effort to support our communities.
In 2018, we hosted our second ‘International Community Week’, which involved teams from across our Retail and Office locations supporting local initiatives around the globe. From Manila to Nevada, Sofia, Krakow, Gibraltar and right across the UK, activities to support local charities and initiatives took place throughout the week.
'Every week, our colleagues dedicate time to supporting their local communities through Close to HOME. Our International Community Week is about celebrating these efforts, and it’s been hugely inspiring to see the amount of work that our colleagues have put in to help an array of worthwhile causes in their local areas.'

Our Leeds offices accepted donations throughout the week.
Our colleagues in Manila worked with 2 of their long standing Close to HOME partners, Bahay Aurora and Project Casili, across 2 days of the Community Week. They delivered music, arts and photography lessons, as well as an educational tour around Kidzania to children from both organisations.
Colleagues in the US packaged food to send out to communities across the state at Three Square Food Bank. A separate team also volunteered at Spread the Word Nevada, helping to sort donated books that will be distributed across communities in the locality.
Our team in Sofia returned to St Iliya Church to help prepare and serve breakfast for people in need who visit the church every Saturday. The team also ran a bake sale earlier in the week to raise money for the Church.
