General Election: Farage Factor Boosts Boris

It has been a good few days for the Conservative Party and the Farage announcement is the icing on the cake. In less than 48 hrs the odds of a Conservative Party majority has collapsed from 11/10 to 1/2, whilst a Labour majority is now a 20/1 outsider.

“The odds suggest that Boris Johnson is very much in the ascendancy and we cannot see Labour having any chance,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

Next General Election: 1/2 Conservative majority; 6/4 No overall majority; 20/1 Labour majority; 100/1 Lib Dem majority
