Ranieri Just 25/1 To Leave Leicester This Week…Aguero Off In The Summer?
The ticker tape parades and Andrea Bochelli serenades are but a distant memory for Leicester City and defeat to Derby County on Wednesday evening could spell the end of a momentous year and a half in charge for Claudio Ranieri. The Italian is 25/1 with William Hill to no longer be in charge of Leicester by the time they take on Swansea this weekend.
Ranieri is the 11/8 favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave his job ahead of Aitor Karanka at 5/2 while he is just 8/1 to have left Leicester before the end of the month.
“Leicester are in very real danger of being relegated just one season after lifting the Premier League trophy and the owners could feel a change is needed to prevent the unthinkable happening,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
On Sunday, Sergio Aguero was left on the bench for Manchester City’s match against Swansea and there have been plenty of suggestions that the arrival of Gabriel Jesus could spell the end of the Argentinean’s time at the club. He is 3/1 to leave City in the summer, 2/9 to stay.
Everton’s Tom Davies has won January’s PFA Fans’ Premier League Player of the Month and he is 6/1 to make it into the next England squad after a very impressive start to life in the Everton first team.
