La La Land Set To Win Big At The Oscars – But Will It Be A Box Office Success?

La La Land continues to be backed to win just about every Oscar and William Hill offer just 12/1 that the film wins all four of the major Oscars this year. The question remains: ‘Will critical acclaim translate into box office sales?’ Hills are offering 25/1 that La La Land is the highest grossing film at the British box office in 2017 and 3/1 that it takes over $30 million dollars in 2017 in the UK and Ireland.

“Critical acclaim is not always a  guarantee of box office success but we have very high hopes that the film will deliver and sales at $30 million looks a realistic goal,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
