French Open Tennis – Nadal Odds On For Second Major

With Roger Federer absent and both Andy Murray & Novak Djokovic out of form – Rafa Nadal is proving to be the one that they are backing to win the second major of the year. In fact Nadal is 25/1 to win without dropping a set.

Conversely the Women’s French Open looks a very open affair with twenty players offered at 40/1 or less.  Simona Halep is the 4/1 favourite with Venus Williams the best backed outsider at 28/1.

“Rafa is all the rage but Dominic Thiem was well backed after beating him recently,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.
