England Backed To Win Second ODI - Bairstow To Open Ashes?

William Hill can report a run of money for England (2/7) to win the second ODI, the catalyst of which appears to be the news that Chris Gayle is only 50/50 to be fit.

"Despite a prohibitively short price, England are being well backed to beat the West Indies after an easy victory on Tuesday," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

After scoring his first ODI ton, William Hill quote Jonny Bairstow at 20/1 to open the batting alongside Alastair Cook in the first Ashes test.

"We have had a couple of calls today but realistically we think that England will side with Mark Stoneman," said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

2nd ODI: 2/7 England, 13/5 West Indies

To Open The Batting Alongside Alastair Cook (1st Ashes test): 1/8 Mark Stoneman, 6/1 Haseeb Hameed, 8/1 Alex Hales, 10/1 Keaton Jennings, 20/1 Jonny Bairstow
