Chelsea 11/4 To Break Arsenal Record…Mike Dean 6/5 To Be Dropped!

Chelsea are 8/13 to win the Premier League ahead of their match against Tottenham on Wednesday and are just 11/4 to win their next two matches and break Arsenal’s Premier League consecutive win record.
