William Hill Slash Odds On Record Breaking Heatwave In 2016
William Hill have cut the odds of the UK’s record temperature being broken this year from 16/1 to 12/1 as the summer appears to have finally arrived. It is also just 6/1 that the temperature tops 100f at any point in the UK this year.
“The warm weather appears to have arrived in time for the school summer holidays and it is only going to get warmer,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “Our punters have backed the odds of the warmest ever temperature being broken this year from an original 16/1 to 12/1.”
It is just 4/6 that July is the warmest month of the year.
