UKIP making plans for Nigel - again?

BOOKMAKERS William Hill are offering odds of 8/1 that Nigel Farage will be the next permanently appointed UKIP Leader following Diane James' shock resignation.

But Hills make Steven Woolfe, who failed to become a candidate last time, their 1/2 favourite to get the job this time, and also offer 5/1Suzanne Evans and Paul Nuttall.

'Nigel Farage is obviously the go-to man for Ukip but members may also feel they have to create a new identity under a long-term replacement for him' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
