Taquin Lands Cheltenham Spoils

Taquin Du Seuil is 14-1 with William Hill for the 2017 Ryanair Chase after he landed the Grade 3 Betvictor Gold Cup at Cheltenham on Saturday.


Aidan Coleman guided the Jonjo O’Neill-trained gelding to victory, adding to the horse’s good record at Cheltenham. Taquin Du Seuil is a previous Cheltenham Festival winner, having won the 2014 JLT Novices’ Chase.


“Taquin Du Seuil has bounced back to his best and he must now be considered a contender for this season’s Ryanair Chase,”  said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
