Southgate’s Odds Tumble Again To Become The New England Boss…Big Sam For Jungle Exile?

Gareth Southgate has once again been cut to become the next England manager after he has been given the job on a temporary basis. His odds have tumbled from an original 10/1 to 11/10 over the course of the last 12 hours at William Hill - Steve Bruce is the 5/2 second favourite.

“Most of the potential candidates at the head of the betting are in full time employment and for that reason, Gareth Southgate has in effect been handed an audition for the top job,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “Should he be successful, there is every chance he will be handed the job on a permanent basis.”
