North East Shambles

The North East’s two Premier League sides are doing little to cheer their fans and William Hill offer just 6/4 that both Newcastle and Sunderland are relegated this season.

Steve McLaren is just 1/12 to be the next Premier League manager to leave his job with rumours suggesting he could be gone this week.

Should McLaren leave the club, David Moyes is the 6/4 favourite to be the man to try and rescue them ahead of Nigel Pearson at 4/1 and both Rafa Benitez and Brendan Rodgers 5/1.

Sam Allardyce has not enjoyed his time on Wearside since signing on as Sunderland manager and he is 11/2 to no longer be at the club on the final day of the season.

Next permanent Newcastle manager: 6/4 David Moyes; 4/1 Nigel Pearson; 5/1 Rafa Benitez; 5/1 Brendan Rodgers; 8/1 Tim Sherwood; 14/1 Harry Redknapp; 20/1 Roberto di Matteo; 20/1 Patrick Vieira; 25/1 Frank de Boer; 33/1 BAR

Next Premier League manager to leave: 1/12 Steve McLaren; 6/1 no manager to leave; 14/1 Alex Neil; 16/1 Louis van Gaal; 16/1 Remi Garde; 20/1 Alan Pardew; 33/1 BAR
