No Clear Favourite In Race For Everton Job…Zlatan To United Still?

The race to become the next manager of Everton continues with Frank de Boer the slight 2/1 favourite ahead of Manuel Pellegrini and Unai Emery who are both 7/2 and David Moyes who is 11/2. David Moyes is the worst result for the bookmakers with 13% of all bets on the former Toffees manager returning. The most popular selection is Frank de Boer who has been a short price for a number of weeks and has attracted 16% of all bets. Bizarrely, 10% of all wagers were for Mourinho before he joined Manchester United.

“When Everton appointed Roberto Martinez, the betting was open for about six weeks and favouritism changed hands a coupekl of times a week,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “It looks as though the Everton board are taking their time over this decision as well with no clear favourite a good few weeks since Martinez’s departure.”

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic hinting he could re-join former club Malmo, William Hill have eased his price of signing for Manchester United this summer from 1/5 to 1/4. He is 5/1 to join Malmo and 10/1 to join AC Milan.

Which club will Zlatan Ibrahimovic be playing for on the 1st September 2016: 1/4 Manchester United; 5/1 Malmo FF; 10/1 AC Milan; 16/1 Chelsea; 16/1 Juventus; 25/1 Arsenal; 25/1 Barcelona; 25/1 Manchester City; 33/1 Bayern Munich; 33/1 Inter Milan; 33/1 Real Madrid; 33/1 Roma

Next permanent Everton manager: 2/1 Frank de Boer; 7/2 Manuel Pellegrini; 7/2 Unai Emery; 11/2 David Moyes; 7/1 Ronald Koeman; 14/1 Paulo Fonseca; 16/1 Ryan Giggs; 20/1 Diego Simeone; 20/1 Quique Sanchez Flores; 25/1 David Unsworth; 25/1 Didier Deschamps; 25/1 Eddie Howe; 25/1 Louis van Gaal; 25/1 Marco Bielsa; 25/1 Mark Hughes; 25/1 Martin O’Neill; 25/1 Rudi Garcia; 33/1 Joachim Low; 40/1 BAR
