'New Nigel' Sets His Sights On Succeeding Farage

AS RAHEEM Kassam declared himself to be the 'Farage-ist candidate' in the current race to become the next elected UKIP leader, bookmakers William Hill promoted him from third to second favourite as his odds shortened from 8/1 to 5/1, overtaken Suzanne Evans, whose odds have drifted from 9/2 to 7/1.

'As expected, the latest UKIP leader race is proving eventful, although the challengers have a lot to do to overhaul hot favourite Paul Nuttall whose campaign has certainly hit thr ground running' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
