Michael Goves For It

POLITICAL PUNTERS who backed Michael Gove at 20/1 to become the next Tory leader only to think they'd lost their money without a 'run' when he appeared unlikely to take part are now back in the race as Mr Gove has been backed down to 3/1 second favourite following his surprise decision to contest the election.

Meanwhile, Theresa May has become odds-on favourite at 8/13, with Boris Johnson drifting out from odds-on favourite to 9/2 third favourite.

'It looks likely that there will be still more ebbs and flows in this market, which has already attracted a six figure turnover, before we find nout who will be the next Tory leader' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
