Justin Time To Land Half Million Gamble By Succeeding Cameron?

SWINDON NORTH MP, Justin Tomlinson may appear to be an unlikely leading candidate to become the next Leader of the Conservative Party - but one man stands to win £500,000 from bookmakers William Hill if he beats odds-on favourite Boris Johnson and Theresa May.

That man is Justin Tomlinson MP, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Disabled People- who has a £50 bet on HIMSELF ever to become Prime Minister – at odds of 10,000 with Hills, back in the day when he was an Oxford Brookes University student, and could now be in a position to win the biggest ever political bet payout as a result.

'Mr Tomlinson clearly had a strong opinion of his potential political future when he placed his bet and although he has progressed well through the ranks we'd be quite happy if he never achieved greater office than Deputy Prime Minister' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

MEANWHILE, Boris Johnson, who was initially installed as Even money favourite to succeed David Cameron, has been backed in to 4/6 (60%) favourite, with Theresa May also backed, from 3/1 to 11/4 (26%).
