Jeremy Hunt 7/2 To Be Gone By 2017; Corbyn Leader Odds Slashed

SECRETARY OF STATE FOR HEALTH Jeremy Hunt is a 7/2 (22%) chance with bookmakers William Hill to have departed from that role by January 1, 2017 as the threat of more junior doctors' strikes looms.

Hills also offer 1/6 that he will remain in his position beyond December 31, 2016. 'The junior doctors' issue has flared up again and Mr Hunt's Ministerial position could be under threat if he can't resolve it.' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

William Hill:Jeremy Hunt still Sec of State for Health on Jan 1, 2017? 1/6 Yes; 7/2 No.

JEREMY CORBYN's odds of winning the Labour leadership contest have been slashed to their lowest level yet by bookmakers William Hill who now offer him at 1/16 (94% chance), halving him from his previous odds of 1/8.

Meanwhile, Hills have lengthened Owen Smith's odds from 9/2 to 8/1.

'A William Hill client has staked £60,000 on Jeremy Corbyn at odds of 1/16 in a Durham betting shop- which could make him a profit of £3750' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
