Hiddlestone’s Odds Of Becoming The Next Bond Slashed
Tom Hiddlestone’s odds of becoming the next James Bond have been cut once again following the latest installment of the Night Manager. William Hill have slashed his price to 10/1 from an initial 25/1 to take over from Daniel Craig given his stellar performance in the popular BBC adaptation.
“There are some very Bond-ish elements to the Night Manager and the producers of the next 007 movie will surely be keeping an eye on Hiddlestone’s performance in case Daniel Craig decide to step down,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “In two weeks his odds of becoming the next Bond have more than halved from 25/1 to 10/1 and there is every chance they could go shorter still.”
Tom Hardy is the 6/5 favourite ahead of joint second favourites Damian Lewis and Idris Elba.
