Golden Globes: Bookies Go Ga Ga For La La Land – Biggest Gamble Since Gladiator

William Hill predict that La La Land is going to sweep the boards at both the Golden Globes and the Oscars over the next few months. Hills offer 1/6 that La La Land wins the Best Motion Picture Musical or Comedy at the Globes and it is 1/2 to win the Best Picture Oscar.

“The interest in La La Land has been overwhelming it is now odds on to win both the Golden Globe and later the Oscar,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams. “We have not seen interest like this in any film since Gladiator in 2000.”
