Faugheen ‘Near Certainty’ For Champion Hurdle

Faugheen is now just 1-3 (from 8-13) with William Hill to win the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham in March.

It follows his outstanding victory in the Irish Champion Hurdle at Leopardstown.

“Faugheen is a near certainty to win the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke. “He’s thumped his nearest rivals and done it without exerting himself.”

Nichols Canyon has been pushed out to 10-1 from 13-2 as a result.
