Cue Card Cut For Triple Crown

William Hill quote Cue Card at odds of 6-4 (from 9-2) for the King George VI Chase after a fine performance at Haydock to win the Betfair Lancashire Chase. The Colin Tizzard-trained chaser has also been slashed for the Cheltenham Gold Cup to 5-1 from 12-1 with William Hill.

“Cue Card is an extraordinary horse and he has a real fan base. There will be plenty of punters getting stuck in to the antepost markets for such a popular chaser,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.

“The odds suggest Cue Card has a genuine chance of winning the Triple Crown and the million pound bonus.”

Cue Card is 8-1 from 40-1 to win the Chase Triple Crown with William Hill.

Runner-up Coneygree is out to 6-1 from 9-2 for the King George and unchanged at 8-1 for the Gold Cup.
