Clinton & Trump Under Starter's Orders

BOOKMAKERS WILLIAM HILL have installed Hillary Clinton as 1/3 favourite to become the next elected US President, following her latest successes which make her virtually certain to be the Democrat candidate.

And her opponent, Donald Trump is a 5/2 chance with Hills to pull off the greatest underdog victory in US political punting history, having been a 150/1 chance to win at one point.

Donald Trump was an unfancied 150/1 outsider to win the Election when he first announced his intention of running, but he has been very well backed since. One Hill's client, John Mappin, from Cornwall, will cllected some £80,000 if Trump wins after placing THIRTY bets on him.

'At last, it seems, the phoney war is over. It will now be a fascinating showdown between these two and we're supporting Hillary, who would be a much better financial result for us, despite having taken bets for her at odds of up to 50/1 ever to become the first female President' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.'The Trump bandwago would prove expensive for us should it roll all the way to the White House – with a payout of £80,000 going to one British client.'
