Brave Anna Pips Bletchley

The Albany Stakes has created new favourites for the 1000 Guineas. The winner, Brave Anna, runner-up Bletchley and the third-placed Queen Kindly, are all priced at 16-1 for next year’s 1000 Guineas with William Hill.

“The Albany is not a race that traditionally provides the 1000 Guineas winner, but this may be the exception to prove the rule, as the front three home all looked strong,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
