Bookies Betting FTSE Drops Further In 2016

2016 has not been the best of starts for the FTSE 100 and William Hill are odds on at just 1/4 that it dips below 6000 points before the end of the year, while it is 11/4 that it does not.

“The year has started in a rather auspicious way for the FTSE and we are very short odds on that it gets worse at any point this year,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

Under 6000 points at any time in 2016: 1/4

Stay at 6000 points or more throughout 2016: 11/4
