Apple's Jade Smashes In At Aintree

Apple’s Jade put in a thoroughly classy performance at Aintree on the opening day of the Grand National meeting, by landing the Anniversary 4-Y-O Juvenile Hurdle.

She won by 41 lengths and is now 10-1 for next year’s Champion Hurdle with William Hill.

“If the winning distance is to be believed then Apple’s Jade is a star in the making,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
