7/1 SNP For Clean Sweep At Scottish Elections

William Hill have shortened their odds for the Conservatives to end up with more MSPs than Labour as a result of the forthcoming Scottish Elections.

William Hill have cut the Conservatives from 5/4 to 11/10, with Labour lengthened from 4/7 favourites to 4/6.

'Everything is pointing towards a photo-finish between Labour and Conservatives for second place' said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

William Hill are also offering odds of 7/1 that the SNP will win all 73 constituency seats, 1/14 that they do not do so. One of the most difficult for the SNP to take will be Shetland where they are 9/4 second favourites behind the 1/3 favourites the Lib Dems, with Labour 28/1 and Tories 50/1.

However, the SNP are virtually unbackable at 1/100 to have most seats, say Hills, who offer Labour at 25/1; Conservatives 40/1.

William Hill make UKIP 5/4 to end up with no MSPs; 2/1 to have one or two; 8/1 three or four; 2/1 five or more.
