Yanworth Cut After Ascot Win

Yanworth was a very easy winner of the Supreme Trial at Ascot and Alan King’s hurdler is now 12-1 from 16-1 with William Hill to win the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.

Yanworth has also been trimmed to 12-1 from 16-1 for the Neptune and is 9-1 in William Hill’s ‘To Win Any Race At 2016 Cheltenham Festival’ market. However, Alan King did indicate that the Supreme is the preferred option.

“Willie Mullins holds the novice hurdle Aces, but Yanworth could be a dangerous King in the pack,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
