Will Chelsea Settle With Carneiro? You Bet They Will...

As if Jose Mourinho and Chelsea's season could not get any worse, it is understood they could now be facing a tribunal from their former doctor, Eva Carneiro. Perhaps saving the blushes of both the club and their manager, bookmakers William Hill are offering 1/9 that the case is settled before it reaches a tribunal.

"Rather than dragging the club through even more mud, it seems likely that Mr Abramovich will want to sweep this under the rug as quickly as possible," said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

The pending action has added another black mark against Jose Mourinho's name and he is the 4/9 favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave his job.

Should he depart, it is now former England manager, Fabio Capello who heads the betting to replace him (7/2) followed by Carlo Ancelotti (9/2) and Pep Guardiola (6/1).
