Two Names On Swansea Shortlist Already?

Brendan Rodgers’ odds of becoming the next Swansea manager have drifted from 2/1 to 10/1 after he appeared to show no interest in the role and instead the market has been sparked into life by Gus Poyet whose odds have tumbled from 40/1 to 5/2 and Nigel Pearson who is 8/1 from 20/1. Sandwiched between those two is David Moyes who is 7/2 second favourite to get the job.

“There have been two big movers in this market (Poyet and Pearson), hinting that perhaps they could be on a shortlist,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
