Top Gear Series Finale Could Attract Record Figures

With the BBC announcing that the final episode of series 22 will be aired, William Hill think it could attract more than the record figure of 8.35 viewers. The record, set in December 2007, is 6/5 to be broken by the extended farewell.

“Clarkson, May and Hammond’s final farewell will no doubt get petrol-heads up and down the country tuning in,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.

Clarkson, May and Hammond may be leaving the BBC but they are no doubt set to head elsewhere. William Hill make them massively odds-on (1/3) to move to Netflix and it is 5/1 to go to ITV.

Next channel Jeremy Clarkson appears on full time: 1/3 Netflix; 5/1 ITV; 7/1 Sky; 12/1 Channel 5; 20/1 Channel 4; 66/1 Dave

How many viewers will the final episode of Top Gear series 22 attract: 5/6 over 8m; 5/6 under 8m
