Political Punters Banking On Burnham-Watson As Leaders

Andy Burnham and Tom Watson are in pole position to emerge as Labour's Leader and Deputy Leader, say bookmakers William Hill who make Burnham 4/5 (bet £5 to make profit of £4) odds-on favourite to be elected Leader, and Tom Watson 6/4 favourite (bet £4 to make profit of £6) to win the race to be Deputy.

'Political punters are banking on these two contenders emerging as Labour's leaders' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.
