Oscars Latest: Redmayne Cut Again For Glory!
Eddie Redmayne’s odds of winning the Oscar for Best Actor have been trimmed once again with William Hill making him 1/4 from 2/7 overnight with Michael Keaton drifting out to 11/4.
“Eddie is as close to an overnight sensation as it gets in Tinseltown and his fantastic award season looks set to be capped with an Oscar,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Eddie may be a red hot favourite to win his Oscar but he is not as short as JK Simmons, Julianne Moore and Patricia Arquette who are 1/50, 1/50 and 1/66 respectively to win their categories.
Birdman is the 8/13 favourite to win the Oscar for Best Picture ahead of Boyhood at 5/4.
