Oil Be Damned – Crude Wagers On Cost Of Black Gold
With a barrel of Brent Crude oil dropping below $40 for the first time since 2009, William Hill are offering odds of 5/2 that it tumbles below $30 by the end of the financial year and 9/2 that it hits $20 or lower in the same time frame.
“The price of oil is tumbling but production is showing no sign of slowing down and the cost of a barrel looks as though it will continue to plummet,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
