Odds-On Stay-In Vote As Labour Back EU Referendum

WITH LABOUR now supporting the holding of an EU Referendum, and indicating they will be backing a vote to remain in, William Hill make the 'as you were' vote their 4/11 favourite, with a vote to quit the EU quoted at 2/1.

Hills are convinced that there will be an in/out EU Referendum before 2019, and offer 1/16 that it happens, 7/1 that it doesn't.

Andrew Burnham is the 4/5 favourite to become Labour's next elected Leader, with Liz Kendall the 9/4 second favourite and Yvette Cooper next in the betting at 4/1. 'Political punters see this as a three horse race - the fourth favourite, Mary Creagh, is 25/1- and expect the trio to fight it out for the top job.'

**It is a 2/1 chance with Hills that both the new Leader and Deputy Leader will be female, 11/4 that both will be men.
