New Flat Jockeys' Championship Betting Odds

William Hill have created a new market for the UK Flat Jockeys’ Championship after it was confirmed that the title race will now run from 2nd May to 17th October.

Ryan Moore is now a slightly shorter price to be crowned Champion Jockey (2-1 from 9-4), while Richard Hughes is marginally bigger (4-7 from 1-2).

“The new rules give Ryan Moore a better chance of winning the title as Richard Hughes can no longer rely on his chief rival heading off to sunnier climes at the tail end of the season,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.

William Hill are offering the opportunity for customers who have already placed a bet on the Jockey’s Championship to ‘void on request’ by the end of this week. If customers would prefer to keep their original bet, it will be settled on who rides the most winners in the period 28th March to 7th November, as per the rules in the original market.

NEW 2015 UK Flat Jockeys Championship (from 2nd May to 17th October): 4-7 Richard Hughes, 2-1 Ryan Moore, 10-1 William Buick, 14-1 Graham Lee, 20-1 James Doyle, 33-1 Adam Kirby, 40-1 Andrea Atzeni, 50-1 Paul Hanagan, 66-1 Jamie Spencer, Oisin Murphy, (Win Only)
