Moore Guineas For That Man

Aidan O’Brien won his tenth Irish Tattersalls 2,000 Guineas after Gleneagles swooped late under a brilliant ride from Ryan Moore. The odds-on favourite came through in the final furlong with Moore timing it to perfection. He will now partner Found in Sunday’s Irish Tattersalls 1,000 Guineas to try to emulate the feat he achieved at Newmarket, by winning both Guineas.

Found is a 2-1 favourite with William Hill for the Irish 1,000 Guineas and is easily the worst result for the bookmakers.

“Moore is the man to back on the big occasion and Found will be just as popular as Gleneagles was,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
