General Election Politics By Graham Sharpe

Milibandwagon Rolling To Number 10?

WILLIAM HILL have cut their odds for Ed Miliband to be Prime Minister as a result of the General Election, on August 1, 2015, cutting the odds from 8/11 to 8/15, and lengthening their odds for David Cameron to be PM on that date from 11/10 to 11/8.

'An increasingly wide ranging gamble on Ed Miliband ultimately taking over as PM following the General Election has seen his odds collapse since the weekend' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

2/1 General Election Outcome Not Known Before June

BOOKMAKERS WILLIAM HILL have opened a market on when the make-up of the Government which will rule as a result of the General Election, will become known - and they are offering odds of just 2/1 that it will not happen before June.

'We are betting on what date the Prime Minister - whoever he or she may be - will publicly confirm the make-up of the new government' said Hill's spokesman, Graham Sharpe, 'But we won't be at all surprised if it takes weeks rather than days to arrive at a workable arrangement for the new government'
