Mahsoob Trimmed for the Prince

Mahsoob is 20/1 from 33/1 with William Hill for the Prince Of Wales’s Stakes after a comfortable win in the opening race at York.

John Gosden’s unbeaten Dansili colt was ridden confidently by Paul Hanagan and swooped to land the Class 2 Handicap – a grade that he is unlikely to stick around in for long.

“Mahsoob looks like a Group horse and has swept aside his rivals with ease. He could be one to follow for punters this season,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
