Jeb Bush-whacked?

JEB BUSH's hopes of succeeding the two Georges have taken a pounding recently and he has drifted from clear favourite to win the Republican nomination a week ago, out to 9/2 third favourite with William Hill to do so, and out to 12/1 fifth favourite to become the next President.

William Hill now makes Marco Rubio their 11/8 favourite to win the Republican nomination, and he is 4/1 second favourite, behind odds-on Hillary Clinton, at 4/5 to win the race to the White House, having been only recently offered by William Hill at double figure odds.

'Family connections can only count for so much in the harsh glare of an election campaign, and Jeb's campaign is beginning to come off the rails' said William Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.' In fact, it is beginning to look as though his Presidential hopes are being bushwhacked.'
