Glastonbury: Not A Single Wager On The Who To Headline
The Who have been named as the final Pyramid Stage act of Glastonbury – a shock given that William Hill had not taken a single penny on them headlining before the market was suspended halfway through April when the bookies thought Blur had got the gig.
William Hill are now betting on what the festival will close with and Won’t Get Fooled Again is the 4/5 favourite to be the Who’s final song. Magic Bus is 3/1 with Baba O’Reilly 8/1.
“The announcement came as a bit of a shock to us and punters who will be hoping they won’t get fooled again if they have a bet on the final song,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
Which song will the Who play last at Glastonbury: 4/5 Won’t Get Fooled Again; 3/1 Magic Bus; 8/1 Baba O’Reilly; 10/1 Tea & Theatre; 10/1 Pinball Wizard; 10/1 My Generation; 14/1 Sparks; 14/1 See Me, Feel Me; 20/1 Join Together; 20/1 You Better You Bet
