Gib One To Jot Down For Triumph

Gibralfaro got up close home to land the William Hill Winter Festival Juvenile Hurdle at Kempton Park. The Alan King-trained gelding nabbed Duke Of Medina on the line under an inspired Wayne Hutchinson ride.

The winner is now installed at 25-1 for the Triumph Hurdle with William Hill.

Meanwhile, over at Leopardstown, Ivanovich Gorbatov went favourite for the race (12-1 from 25-1) after winning the opening maiden hurdle.
