Gamble On Corbyn Coronation Delay

WILLIAM HILL have cut their odds  for the announcement of the new Labour leader being delayed from the scheduled date of September 12, from 8/1 to 9/2 after a persistent gamble.

'Having originally offered odds of 8/1 that the announcement about what most are assuming will be a Corbyn corornation  would not actually take place as scheduled on September 12, we had to cut the price to 6/1 as bets began to stream in, then again to the current 9/2. We have taken a number of three figure bets, with one Lancashire-based client staking £125' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

Jeremy Corbyn remains hot favourite to win the leadership race with William Hill making him 3/10, ahead of 10/3 second favourite, Andy Burnham, while Yvette Cooper has shortened from 10/1 to 8/1, but Liz Kendall remains 100/1 outsider.
