Bookmakers William Hill make it odds-on that MP’s will reject a move to allow unlimited dogs in English and Welsh Hunts.

William Hill are betting on the outcome of Thursday’s Parliamentary vote on the use of unlimited dogs in foxhunting. Currently, in England and Wales, hunts are allowed to use two dogs, but in Scotland there is no limit on numbers.

But it is odds-on at 8/11 with William Hill that MP’s reject the move to bring England and Wales in to line with Scotland.

“The betting suggest that MP’s will vote ‘No’ and reject the use of unlimited dogs in England and Wales,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke. “But it is no certainty and it could be a close vote.”

‘Yes’ is priced as the Even-Money outsider, in what looks like it could be a tight vote in the House of Commons.
