Favourite Found Expected to Find More

Found is the 11-4 favourite with William Hill for the Tattersalls Irish 1000 Guineas as she aims to bounce back from a disappointing reappearance at the course earlier this month.

Aidan O’Brien’s filly sparked rave reviews after a French success in the Prix Marcel Boussac in the autumn and was a well-fancied favourite for the English 1000 Guineas before, like a runaway bride, skipping her engagement at Newmarket and ruining her reputation in a muddy Irish affair. Found was only second to Iveagh Gardens in the Athasi Stakes.

“Found is a classy filly and looks in with a great chance of getting back in to the winners’ enclosure at the Curragh,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.
