Faugheen & Sprinter To Light Up Super Sunday

Faugheen is a very short price to win the Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown on Sunday, with current odds at William Hill of 1-5. The Willie Mullins star is fully expected to win.

“Faugheen should have little trouble in overcoming the opposition in his return to action,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.

Meanwhile, Sprinter Sacre races in the Schloer Chase in a bid to get his career back on track after cardiac issues. He’s 9-4 jolly to land his season opener.

“The vibes have been pretty strong for Sprinter Sacre and while it might not look good for our books, it would be great for racing if the star sparkles again,” said William Hill spokesman Jon Ivan-Duke.

The Greatwood Hurdle is incredibly competitive, with Waxies Dargle 8-1 from 16-1 over the past 48 hours.
