FA Cup and Scottish Cup

Arsenal are 2/7 to lift the FA Cup with William Hill who make Aston Villa 5/2. North of the border, Inverness Caledonian Thistle are 2/7 to lift the William Hill Scottish Cup with Falkirk 5/2.

The last time that Aston Villa and Falkirk lifted their respective trophies, was in 1957 and with both sides outsiders, it is 12/1 that they do so this time around.

Arsenal are 8/15 to win the match in 90 minutes after their professional dismantling of West Brom on Sunday. In that match, Theo Walcott scored a hat trick and is 7/1 to net the first goal of the day.

Since Tim Sherwood took over at Villa, he has guided them to safety and breathed life into Christian Benteke. The Belgian is 7/1 to score the opening goal of the match.

In the William Hill Scottish Cup Inverness, who finished third in the Premier League face Falkirk who finished fifth in the Championship. Unsurprisingly Cally are odds-on at 6/10 to win the match in 90 minutes, while Falkirk are 4/1 to do so.

An interesting battle will take place between two young upstarts. Ryan Christie, whose father Charlie used to play for and manage Inverness, is 13/2 to open the scoring while Craig Sibbald, who scored the winner against Hibs is 11/1 to do so.

Whatever happens, there will be two fantastic games of football played in England and Scotland this weekend and as Official Supporter of the FA Cup and Title Sponsor of the Scottish Cup, William Hill are proud to be involved in both.
