Clegg To Nick victory in Sheffield?

DESPITE specualtion that Nick Clegg could lose his seat in Sheffield Hallam at the General Election, William Hill have cut his odds of holding on to the seat from 2/7 to 1/4.

'Although many punduts have been tipping Nick Clegg to lose his seat at the General Election, punters seem to disagree and we have taken bets of $1600 and £600 amongst others for him to win again' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe. Hills are offering 16/1 that all four current major Leaders -Messrs Cameron, Clegg, Farage, Miliband, will still be Leaders of their respective Parties n Jan 1, 2016.

However, Hills also have a market on who will succeed Clegg when he stands down as Leader for whatever reason and make Tim Farron hot favourite at Even money and also offer 5/1 Vince Cable; 8/1 Norman Lamb; 9/1 Ed Davey; 10/1 Danny Alexander.
