As Boris Says 'Stuff Coalition' Tories Backed For Minority Govt

IN THE WAKE of Boris Johnson's declaration that 'In my view we should say 'stuff coalition with anyone'', William Hill have seen a run of bets for a Conservative minority government and cut their odds for that to happen from 7/2 to 3/1 second favourite.

Meanwhile, Hills are offering 1/50 that Boris will win the Uxbridge & S Ruislip seat; 13/8 that he becomes a full Cabinet Minister in the next government, and 9/4 that he will succeed David Cameron as Tory leader. He is even 66/1 to succeed Jetremy Clarkson as Top Gear presenter!

'At long last, punters seem to be coming to a consensus over what form the next government will take - and the two favourite options are now a Labour minority, at 5/2, and a Tory minority at 3/1' said Hill's spokesman Graham Sharpe.

However, Hills offer 5/1 that the Tories will go into coalition with the Lib Dems, 12/1 with Ukip and 33/1 with Labour.
