William Hill Slash Price Of One Direction Split

William Hill have slashed the odds of One Direction splitting in 2015 to just 2/1 from 5/1 following persistent rumours that the group are at loggerheads. First there was a missing Zayn, then there were rumours of travelling on different airplanes and now, Britain’s biggest bookmaker makes them just 6/1 to split this year and 2/1 to have split before the end of next year.

“They may still be picking up awards galore but it seems that all is not right behind the scenes for 1D,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. “Although Simon Cowell will try his best to keep the boys together you might well see a conscious uncoupling in the near future.”

One Direction are 5/4 favourites to have the number One Christmas album just ahead of Take That at 13/8 and 4/1 second favourites to have the bestselling book behind Jamie Oliver at 1/4.

Top Christmas album: 5/4 One Direction; 13/8 Take That; 2/1 Ed Sheeran; 9/1 McBusted; 12/1 AC/DC; 33/1 BAR

Top Christmas Book: 4/1 Jamie Oliver; 4/1 One Direction; 6/1 Lynda Bellingham; 8/1 David Walliams; 8/1 Guinness World Records; 9/1 BAR
