EastEnders Expected To Regain Christmas Crown

Despite being beaten last year, EastEnders is the 6/4 favourite with William Hill, to be the top Christmas TV show. Last year’s winner, Mrs Brown’s Boys, is the 3/1 second favourite. There are a number of big names in the running, with the hugely popular shows, Call the Midwife and Downton Abbey, offered  at 6/1 and 8/1 respectively.

“Mrs Brown’s Boys was the shock winner in the race to be the top show at Christmas and this year, we fancy it to be the best chance of beating regular winner, EastEnders,” said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly.
